Refund policy

Within thirty (30) business days from the date of receipt of your glasses, if you wish to return them for any reason, you can call us or email us to request a return and we can refund your money free of charge, the refund is expected to be returned to your bank card within one week's working time.

Note: Returns are not accepted for products that have been used.

After-sales warranty

We will replace broken frames free of charge during the 2-year warranty period. If you believe there is a manufacturing error, please return the glasses for inspection within the unused 30 business day warranty period. If the inspection reveals a manufacturing error, we will rebuild your glasses free of charge. Lenses Defective anti-reflective (AR) coatings and photochromic films are warranted for one year from the date of receipt. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of the frames, lenses or coatings.
